OCI Dream is a standardized workplace for persons with disabilities as a subsidiary of OCI with the aim to provide them with quality jobs and support their economic self-reliance to create healthy social values.
Founded in August 2019, OCI Dream hires employees with severe and light disabilities and operates four business sectors: clerical support, asset management, dining-out business and cultural projects.
